Focus on the NET

Always include a net sheet with various scenarios ​when listing a property. For every offer, provide the ​seller with a net sheet. When dealing with multiple ​offers, use a spreadsheet to compare the ​differences. Clearly present the final amount, ​factoring in concessions, credits, or direct ​compensation, to help the seller make an informed ​decision.
